Child Birth Education

Our classes are open to all pregnant women and their partners, no matter where they have chosen to birth or who they are birthing with. Classes run every month over four Saturdays or Tuesday evenings and cost AU$350.00. To book or find out more call (02) 6629 5312.

Why are our Childbirth Education Classes so important to us?

A careful understanding of birth is essential for a successful natural birth, and our teaching is unbiased and independent from the systems and methods used by hospitals. We believe that educating people in the principles and practices of natural birth is as important as the birthing process itself. It also gives us a great chance to get to know each other!

Even if you have already attended an antenatal class somewhere else for this pregnancy, or a previous one, you will gain so much from coming along to our classes. We have had many women with several children attend the classes, and they have gone on to apply new and improved strategies for the natural birth of their baby.
