Venue Hire – for intimate birth related workshops (max 17 people shared rooms) Our organisation is registered as a not-for-profit charity it does its best to keep costs to those who are contributing to the future well-being of the planet – to the minimum. We encourage you to support us by offering an exquisite simple venue for you to conduct your workshop. After costs have been accounted for, all funds raised from the hire of the venue will be donated to the Natural Birth Education & Research Centre. We hope the following cost structure will assist you in your planning. Catering for Workshops (includes non-alcoholic beverages, morning & afternoon tea) Breakfast - $6.00 p.p. (fruit incl) Lunch - $15.00 p.p. (fresh juice incl) Dinner - $15.00 p.p. (sweets incl) Catering Fee = $36.00 p.p. per day Indoor Accommodation (17 people - shared rooms up ) (includes towels, sheets & bedding) Fee = $40 per room used + $5.00 per person per night. Camping for Workshops only (includes shared shower/toilet access) $10.00 per person per night. The above fees include: the use of the seminar room (24 hours per day), if your workshop is non-residential then the seminar room has a fee of $50.00 per 12 hours. As well the fees include: T.V. video screen & equipment, room heating, the non-heated swimming pool, heated spa facility & open outside fire circle area (firewood incl) and surrounding environment. You will need to pay a 10% non-refundable confirmed booking fee as arranged with our administration and confirm participant numbers and catering needs (i.e. vegan, vegetarian and non vegetarian) at least two weeks prior to the workshop.
